Happy birthday to my hunky hubby!

What better way to celebrate a birthday than a day at the pumpkin patch, the fair and lunch at Logan's Roadhouse.... All with your wife and kids!! I think it's safe to say Kyle had a fun b-day weekend ( Pics coming soon!)

 

Luke and I went to the station today to give Kyle his homemade bday card and a blizzard from Dairy Queen!!

The Fair 2012

This was Luke's second year (well third if you count the year he was in my belly helping me eat all the yummy food!) to go to the Fair! Last year he was only 5 months old and had no clue what was going on... but this year was different. He had a BLAST!!! Thank goodness for his Papaw going so that he could take him on all the rides. Thank you, Papaw!

All the fun rides, the giant yellow slide, petting zoo, corn dog, french fries, cinnamon donuts, lemonade and cotton candy = One happy, stuffed and exhausted little boy! (Mama and Daddy, too!)

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm not sure who had more fun... Papaw or Luke?  ; )

 

 

 



Labor day fun day!

What did Luke and I do on this labor day?

 We played at the park, played in the pool and then enjoyed some ice cream together! It was a fun mommy/son day!

Dog Days of Summer

Since I can't adopt all the sweet little dogs from CARA's no kill animal shelter, I will just have to settle for supporting them at the annual 'dog days of summer' fundraiser event.

 We all had so much fun!

ooopps... seems I missed the "turning one" blog update! Guess with all the excitement I just flat forgot. Anyway, this big one year old is keeping life so much fun!!
